DescriptionMichaels Photographic Gallery proudly presents
Established in the Heidelberg area in 1955 Ivanhoe Photographic Society is open to all photographic enthusiasts. Members’ skills range from the raw beginner to the advanced photographer. This theme of 'Life' was selected as a topic to encompass all things living. It was chosen to enable a diverse range of subject matter, leaving members able to express either their literal or interpretive creativity in their work. The Ivanhoe Photographic Society hold meetings on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at their Heidelberg headquarters, with visitors welcome to attend. Varied meeting programs include external speakers on a wide variety of subjects, workshops and practical nights, competitions, social events, and special excursions for both day and night photography. Members are encouraged to enter national and international competitions.
