This smart feature allows you to virtually extend the camera’s 4x optical zoom to an 8x equivalent, with minimum deterioration of image quality, thanks to the Intelligent Resolution technology. You also have the benefit of Sonic Speed AF and a quick start-up time; offering a high speed response that helps you to catch the most fleeting photo opportunities.
Enjoy easy movie capture with HD recording
The DMC-FH4 camera can record video in high-definition (1,280 x 720 pixels at 30 fps) Motion JPEG format. You can use the digital zoom during video recording and take advantage of MEGA O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabiliser) to suppress the blur caused by handshake. Everything you capture is easy to frame and review on the 2.7 inch intelligent LCD screen, equipped with automatic backlight adjustment to ensure a clear view of images under any lighting conditions.
