Michaels have been assisting the insurance industry with replacing photographic and video equipment for over 20 years.

The Insurance Replacement Division has direct telephone and fax lines to service claimant and assessor needs. All calls to this division are direct so as to minimise unnecessary delay. You may be transferred to a switchboard operator only if the lines are busy.

With ten dedicated members and a specialised computer database, this division quotes and replaces equipment from video cameras, digital cameras, modern compact cameras and SLRs, to antique collectable cameras.

Hours of business are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
(excluding national public holidays)

If you call us out of our normal business hours, you are more than welcome to leave a message.

We can deliver to any address nationally. Deliveries to Australian capital cities are usually made within 2 to 3 business days. If you are not there to sign for the parcel, our courier will leave a card advising you of your nearest post office where your replacement equipment can be collected from.
