Michaels have been assisting the insurance industry with replacing photographic and video equipment for over 20 years.

The Insurance Replacement Division has direct telephone lines and fax to service claimant and assessor needs. All calls to this division are direct so as to minimise unnecessary delay. You may be transferred to a switchboard operator if the lines are busy.

With ten dedicated members and a specialised computer database, this division quotes and replaces equipment such as video cameras, digital cameras modern compact cameras and SLR's to antique collectable cameras.

 Hours of business are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm 
(excluding national public holidays)

If you call us out of our normal business hours, you are more than welcome to leave a message.

We can deliver to any address nationally, deliveries to Australian capital cities are usually 2 to 3 business days. If you are not there to sign for the parcel, our courier will leave a card advising you of your nearest post office where your replacement equipment can be collected from.
